• 2 big stock cubes
• 2 teaspoons curry powder
• Salt to taste
This is my go-to vegetable sauce. It requires minimal cooking effort (It’s quick, it’s easy and it’s delicious!) It’s the perfect match for boiled white rice. This recipe is very easy to prepare, just a few ingredients and you’re ready to go. Marinating the Chicken for at least 2 hours is key. for best results, marinate overnight.
